Innkeepers' Tip! Focus on: Baking

For best results, make sure your eggs are at room temperature before using them in your baking. Your cakes will come out more moist and fluffy.

Room temperature eggs mix into the batter more readily, your cakes will rise more easily and will cook a little faster, too. To warm up cold eggs, just put them in a bowl of warm water for a few minutes. Happy Baking!
